1. Promoter This giveaway is promoted by Muscle Nation Pty Ltd (ABN: 48 106 733 071) ("Muscle Nation", "Promoter", "we", "us", "our"). These terms apply in addition to Muscle Nation's Terms and Conditions at https://musclenation.org/pages/terms-conditions. If there is any inconsistency, these terms prevail for this giveaway.
2. Entry Period Entries open at 12:00am AEST on Tuesday, 27 October 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday, 8 November 2026 ("Entry Period"). All times are Australian Eastern Standard Time (Brisbane). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
- Entry is open to residents of any country aged 18 years and over (or the age of majority in their place of residence, if higher), excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory.
- The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants are responsible for complying with the laws of their place of residence.
- Employees of Muscle Nation, their immediate families, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are excluded.
- One (1) entry per person. Where a person signs up more than once, or uses multiple email addresses or identities, only their first valid entry will be counted. Entries submitted by automated, bulk or third-party means will be disqualified.
4. How to Enter To enter, entrants must complete the sign-up form at https://musclenation.org/pages/black-friday during the Entry Period with valid details and submit it. No purchase is necessary.
Existing Muscle Nation subscribers must submit the sign-up form during the Entry Period to be entered.
By submitting the form, entrants opt in to Muscle Nation marketing communications. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time; unsubscribing after entry does not withdraw a valid entry from the draw.
Incomplete entries and entries containing false, invalid or unverifiable details will be deemed invalid. An entry is received when it is recorded on Muscle Nation's systems.
5. Prizes Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) $500 AUD Muscle Nation digital gift card (RRP $500 AUD incl. GST). Total prize pool: $5,000 AUD (incl. GST). A person can win only one (1) prize.
6. Prize Conditions
- Gift cards are emailed to the winner and are redeemable online at musclenation.org (including its international storefronts) and via the Muscle Nation app.
- Where a gift card is redeemed in a currency other than AUD, its value is converted at the prevailing exchange rate at checkout.
- Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and not redeemable for any other product or form of compensation.
- Gift cards are subject to Muscle Nation's standard gift card terms and conditions, including the expiry period stated on the gift card.
- Winners are responsible for any taxes, duties or charges that apply to receiving or using the prize in their country.
7. Draw The draw will take place at 11:00am AEST on Monday, 9 November 2026 at the Promoter's premises in Brisbane, Queensland, by random computerised selection from all valid entries received during the Entry Period. The first ten (10) valid entries drawn will each win one prize. A further five (5) reserve entries will be drawn and recorded in order, in case a prize is forfeited or an entry is found to be invalid.
8. Winner Notification and Claiming
- Winners will be notified by email to the address provided at entry by 5:00pm AEST on Wednesday, 11 November 2026.
- To claim, a winner must reply to the notification email confirming their eligibility by 5:00pm AEST on Monday, 8 February 2027. The Promoter may request proof of identity, age and residency.
- Prizes will be emailed within five (5) business days of a winner's claim being confirmed.
- Winners' first names, last initials and state or country will be published at https://musclenation.org/pages/black-friday from Thursday, 12 November 2026 for at least 28 days, and winners consent to this as a condition of entry.
- If a prize is not claimed by the deadline above, or a winner is found to be ineligible, that prize is forfeited and an unclaimed prize redraw will take place at the same place at 11:00am AEST on Tuesday, 9 February 2027. Redraw winners will be notified by email by 5:00pm AEST on Thursday, 11 February 2027 and published as above.
9. General Conditions
- Entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and entrants, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, breaches these terms or acts fraudulently or improperly.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for entries not received due to technical fault, network failure or any other cause outside its control.
- The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights entrants have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, Muscle Nation is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this giveaway or use of the prize, except loss caused by its negligence or breach of these terms.

Privacy By entering, entrants consent to Muscle Nation collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the giveaway, contacting winners, and sending marketing communications. 6. Prize Redemption Conditions
- The gift card is redeemable in person only at the Muscle Nation Brisbane Warehouse Sale, Ekka Showgrounds, Bowen Hills QLD, on Saturday, 26 September 2026 and Sunday, 27 September 2026, during published event trading hours.
- The gift card is not redeemable online at musclenation.org, via the Muscle Nation app, or at any other Muscle Nation event or retail location.
- The gift card must be presented at the point of sale. Any unspent balance remaining at the close of trade on Sunday, 27 September 2026 expires and has no further value. The balance is not carried over, refunded or reissued.
- Purchases exceeding $500 AUD require the winner to pay the difference by cash or card.
- The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and not redeemable for any other product or form of compensation.
- The gift card is subject to Muscle Nation's standard gift card terms and conditions except where varied by these terms.
- The winner is responsible for their own travel to and from the event and all associated costs. Travel and accommodation are not included in the prize.
- All event sales are final. Standard Muscle Nation returns and exchange policies do not apply to items purchased at the Warehouse Sale.
7. Draw One (1) winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Entry Period. The draw will take place at 10:00am AEST on Friday, 25 September 2026 at the Promoter's premises in Brisbane, Queensland.
8. Winner Notification and Announcement
- The winner will be notified by email and SMS to the contact details provided at entry, within twenty-four (24) hours of the draw.
- The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize and their ability to attend the Brisbane Warehouse Sale on Saturday, 26 or Sunday, 27 September 2026 by replying to the notification by 5:00pm AEST on Friday, 25 September 2026.
- If the winner does not respond by that time, cannot be contacted, or advises that they are unable to attend the event, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw. The same notification and confirmation conditions apply to any redrawn winner.
- The winner's first name and last initial may be announced on Muscle Nation's website, email and social media channels, and the winner consents to this as a condition of entry.

2. Promotion Period The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on Tuesday, 11 August 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Monday, 17 August 2026, being the close of the 10th Birthday Sale ("Promotion Period"). Orders placed outside the Promotion Period are not eligible.
3. Eligibility Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Muscle Nation, their immediate families, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded. Entrants must have a valid Australian address.
4. How to Enter No additional entry is required. Every eligible order placed on the Muscle Nation online store (musclenation.org) or via the Muscle Nation app during the Promotion Period is automatically entered into the draw. One (1) entry is issued per eligible order — customers who place multiple orders receive multiple entries.
Orders that are cancelled, refunded in full, or found to be fraudulent will be disqualified. Gift card purchases, wholesale and B2B orders are not eligible entries.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
