1. Promoter This promotion is run by Muscle Nation Pty Ltd (ABN: 48 106 733 071) ("Muscle Nation", "Promoter", "we", "us", "our").
2. Promotion Period The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on Tuesday, 11 August 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Monday, 17 August 2026, being the close of the 10th Birthday Sale ("Promotion Period"). Orders placed outside the Promotion Period are not eligible.
3. Eligibility Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Muscle Nation, their immediate families, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded. Entrants must have a valid Australian address.
4. How to Enter No additional entry is required. Every eligible order placed on the Muscle Nation online store (musclenation.org) or via the Muscle Nation app during the Promotion Period is automatically entered into the draw. One (1) entry is issued per eligible order — customers who place multiple orders receive multiple entries.
Orders that are cancelled, refunded in full, or found to be fraudulent will be disqualified. Gift card purchases, wholesale and B2B orders are not eligible entries.
5. Prize One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 AUD Muscle Nation gift card. Total prize pool: $1,000 AUD.
6. Winner Selection One (1) winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place at 10:00am AEST on Thursday, 20 August 2026 at the Promoter's premises.
7. Winner Notification The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw. The winner's name may be published on Muscle Nation's website and social media channels.
8. Prize Conditions The gift card is redeemable at musclenation.org and via the Muscle Nation app only. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and not redeemable for any other product or form of compensation. The gift card is subject to Muscle Nation's standard gift card terms and conditions. Muscle Nation reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if it becomes unavailable.

2. Promotion Period Entry opens at 9:00am AEST on Thursday, 13 August 2026 and closes at 9:00am AEST on Tuesday, 18 August 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are not eligible.

4. How to Enter To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period: (a) follow @musclenation on Instagram; (b) like the promotional post; and (c) tag a friend in the comments of the promotional post. Each tag of a separate, genuine Instagram account constitutes one (1) entry. Entrants may comment multiple times to receive multiple entries.
Duplicate tags of the same account, tags of the entrant's own account, and tags of fake, inactive, spam or bulk-created accounts will not be counted. Entries must be made on the promotional post only. Entries made by automated means, or entries the Promoter reasonably believes to be fraudulent, will be disqualified.
5. Prize One (1) winner will receive: two (2) VIP tickets in the Clubhouse area to the Melbourne Storm home game on Thursday, 20 August 2026 at AAMI Park, Melbourne; sideline access during team warm-ups; participation in the Guard of Honour; and a $250 AUD Muscle Nation gift card. Total prize value: $1,150 AUD.
6. Winner Selection One (1) winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place at 12:00pm AEST on Tuesday, 18 August 2026 at the Promoter's premises.
7. Winner Notification The winner will be notified by Instagram direct message from @musclenation within two (2) hours of the draw. Due to the timing of the event, the winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize by 5:00pm AEST on Wednesday, 19 August 2026. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond by that time, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
8. Prize Conditions The winner and their guest must be aged 18 years or over. Travel, accommodation, transport, parking and all other expenses are not included and are the responsibility of the winner. Food and beverages are not included unless expressly provided by the venue as part of Clubhouse admission. Any alcohol service is subject to the venue's responsible service of alcohol obligations.
Clubhouse seating is allocated by Melbourne Storm and the venue. Specific seats, tables or locations within the Clubhouse are not guaranteed and cannot be requested. Attendance is subject to the venue's conditions of entry and any Clubhouse dress code or access requirements, which the winner and their guest are responsible for meeting.
Sideline access during team warm-ups and participation in the Guard of Honour are subject to Melbourne Storm and venue approval, match-day scheduling and operational requirements, and may be varied, rescheduled or withdrawn without notice. If the match is postponed, relocated, played behind closed doors or cancelled, the Promoter is not liable to provide a substitute prize or any compensation.

2. Offer Period This offer commences at 12:00pm AEST and ends at 12:30pm AEST on Friday, 14 August 2026 ("Offer Period"). Orders must be completed and payment successfully processed within the Offer Period to receive the offer price. Items remaining in cart at the end of the Offer Period will revert to full price.
3. Offer During the Offer Period, the Liberty High Rise Ankle Leggings in Black (usual price $89.99 AUD) and the Liberty High Rise Bike Shorts in Black (usual price $69.99 AUD) are available for $30.00 AUD each.
