Orders begin dispatching from Tuesday, 10 November. Due to the high volume of orders during our Black Friday Sale, please allow up to 15 business days (Monday-Friday) for your order to be processed and dispatched. Our warehouse team is working hard to get orders out as quickly as possible.

You'll receive tracking updates via email and SMS once your order has been collected by the courier. Tracking may initially show as 'Pending' for up to 48 hours while the courier updates their system.

Shipping information:

• Free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $130 AUD (after discounts).
• Express shipping travels faster once your order leaves our warehouse, but it doesn't mean your order will be packed first.
• Same-day delivery is not available during the sale period.

We've extended our returns timeframe for our Black Friday Sale! Items purchased during the sale can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, or for store credit within 60 days of delivery.

Items marked as Final Sale can only be exchanged for the same style and colour in a different size, subject to availability.

Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse. Any applicable return shipping fees will be displayed in our Returns Portal before you complete your return.
