CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email (and SMS if you have left your mobile) with all your tracking information and the steps to track the progression of your parcel.
I ENTERED THE WRONG ITEM OR SHIPPING ADDRESS OR I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
We are quick to process and dispatch orders from our warehouse (couriers come 3x a day to push orders out). Once you process your order and click ‘confirm & pay‘, after this point we can not guarantee anything. If you are quick to let us know, and we haven’t processed/packed the order (Instagram DM us ASAP @MuscleNation , our emails have a 24 – 48 hr min reply time (between 9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday), and we MIGHT be able to act quicker via a IG DM – no guarantee).
Like mentioned above, once you click ‘confirm & pay‘, after this point we can not guarantee anything. If the order is processing after you click ‘confirm & pay‘ or with the courier, it’s too late and we can not amend. If we can not amend the order or stop it, it will need to go through the exchange/credit process (we do not offer refunds at any stage, only in-store credit – read our EXCHANGE & RETURNS) .
If we go through an exchange, in-store credit process or reship to correct address once returned to us this will be at customers cost. We are not liable for any losses incurred if the customer has provided any incorrect details for their order or anything that happens after clicking ‘confirm & pay‘.
Please double and triple check your items, sizes and address is placed correctly.
INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM RECEIVED
We are sorry to hear this and we will fix this asap! Please send us an email message with your order number, name of the product you were supposed to receive and what you actually received. Please attach a photo of the incorrect item to confirm. For a faulty item, pictures of the fault or damage to the garment and further details of the problem (within 7 days of receiving your order). Unless proof that you have received an incorrect item or faulty has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot begin to take the steps needed to rectify the problem.
If we have made an error, we will have you return the item/s back to us and will compensate for this return postage. We will then ship you out the correct item accordingly.
* There is no lifetime warranty on any of our products, they are all subject to wear and tear over time and depending on how you handle and wash your items.
* If you have received the wrong package we will have this returned, and reshipped out for you, or a store credit provided.
Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse, delivery and responsibility is passed onto the couriers. If your package appears to have no movement please contact us (or the courier service and provide them your tracking to see what the update is). In the circumstance your package is declared lost, we will re-ship your original order (depending on stock) or provide you store credit to the value of your order. We understand this is an unfortunate scenario, but we will be in communication with you and get to the bottom of this. As soon as we know if the package is still in transit (at times it can be stuck at a depot, misplaced, then put back on the run), but if declared lost by the courier we will re-ship or store credit to your order value.
SLIGHT DIFFERENT FIT AND FEEL IN THE SAME STYLE, SAME SIZE BUT DIFFERENT COLOUR?
In the SCRUNCH BUM, SEAMLESS & MENS LINES, there might be a slight fit and feel difference in the same size across different colours. The scrunch bum collection is all made from the same custom fabric blend and colours are custom picked by us. When it comes to colouring, some colours require more colouring, dye, settling time, than others. This is where the fabric feel 'might' feel a little different across some colours. This is where the fit 'might' feel a little different in the same size in different colours. We ALWAYS suggest to size up if you are in-between sizes to ensure the items are a comfortable and flexible fit.
