Why would I grab protein water instead of a milky shake?

Our fruity flavours suit days when a creamy shake sounds too heavy. You still get protein, but the drink feels lighter and more like a flavoured water, which can be easier to sip after training, during work, or in warm weather when thick textures are hard to get through.

How much water should I mix it with?

Start with 400ml to 600ml of water and adjust from there. If you like a softer flavour, add more water and take it up to a litre. Our protein water keeps the same protein content either way, so you can dial the taste up or down to suit your day.

What does the collagen and WPI combo actually do?

WPI gives you a fast-digesting protein source with a high protein yield, while hydrolysed collagen adds another angle to your daily intake.
