Gym Towels

Pack Muscle Nation gym towels into your weekly routine and stop using your shirt as the backup plan when the heat kicks in. They’re moisture absorbent, small and compact in your gym bag, and handy for lifting, running, packed gym floors, and the trip home after. Good gym towels are the kind you end up using at training, in the car, and at home.

What size of gym towels should I choose?
Go smaller if you mainly want something for your hands, face, neck, or a quick wipe during training. A larger towel gives you more coverage on benches, seats, or across your shoulders after a hard workout. If you sweat a lot or like extra coverage, the bigger option usually gets more use.

Do I need a different towel for lifting and running?
Not always. One good towel can handle both if you mostly want it for sweat, grip, and quick dry-offs. If your running days leave you drenched, a larger towel can feel more useful. If you lift more and want something easy to grab between exercises, a smaller size may suit you better.

Are these only useful at the gym?
Not at all. Keep one in the car, take one on walks, or throw one in your bag for work, sport, or warmer days out. If you overheat easily, having a towel nearby is one of those simple things you end up appreciating more than you expected.

What colour should I go for?
That usually comes down to how you use it. Darker shades are great if you want something low-fuss for everyday training. Brighter colours are easier to spot in a full gym bag or on a bench. If you already wear a lot of black activewear, a bold towel can add a bit of contrast.
