When should I take Destiny for the best result?
Take Destiny first thing in the morning or before midday so the formula has time to work through your day. Like many fat-burning supplements, it makes more sense earlier rather than later. You can also use it before cardio, a gym workout, or any other activity.

How much Destiny should I start with?
Start with 1/2 scoop mixed into 500 mL of cold water and see how you feel. Once you know your caffeine tolerance, move up to 1 scoop if needed. If you usually go for stronger pre-workouts, Muscle Nation's Legacy packs 300 mg of caffeine per serve.

Can Destiny replace my morning coffee?
Yes, you can use Destiny in place of your morning coffee or as a mid-morning pick-me-up. Each serve has 150 mg of caffeine, while an average cup of coffee sits closer to 95 mg. That gives you a bit more punch when coffee isn't quite cutting it.

Is Destiny better before cardio or weights?
Our formula suits both cardio and weights, so you don't need separate products for each type of training. A lot of people use fat-burning supplements when they want extra energy before activity, and Destiny fits nicely alongside the rest of your workout supplements.

Is Destiny vegan and gluten-free?
Yes. Destiny contains no animal-derived ingredients, so it suits a vegan lifestyle, and it's also gluten-free. If those details matter to you, that can make your choice a lot easier, especially when you want one product that lines up with your food preferences.
