When's the best time to take Aminos + Hydration?
Any time you want a flavoured drink with a bit more purpose. A lot of people use amino acid supplements around training, but you can also mix a serve into your water during the morning or afternoon. If you're active that day, sip it before, during, or after your workout.

How many scoops should I take in a day?
Keep it simple and don't go over 1 to 2 scoops per day. If you're new to amino acid supplements, start at the lower end and see how it fits into your routine. One scoop is enough for plenty of people, especially if you're already using other workout supplements.

Do I need to save it for workout days only?
No. You can use it daily, even on rest days, if you want more flavour in your water and a simple way to top up electrolytes. Our amino acid supplements aren't just for gym time. They're an easy add-on when you're trying to build better habits around hydration.

Can I use Aminos if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. Our Aminos aren't suitable for pregnant or lactating women. If you've recently finished pregnancy or breastfeeding and you're thinking about adding it back into your routine, have a chat with your health practitioner first so you can make the right call for you.
