How much whey protein should I take each day?

We recommend not going over 1 to 2 scoops per day. If you’re new to protein powder, start with 1 scoop and see how it fits into your food and training. That gives you room to keep things simple, especially if you already use other supplements during the day.

When should I drink whey protein?

You can have whey protein after training, before a workout if you need something quick, or any time food is a bit all over the place. A lot of people keep it around for the easy factor. It’s fast to mix, easy to drink, and handy when a full meal isn’t happening soon.

Should I start with a sample pack or a full tub?

If you’re picky with flavour, start with a sample pack. It’s a smart way to try a few options before you commit to a bigger tub, especially when the range includes dessert-style picks and classic flavours. Once you know your favourite, grabbing the full size feels a lot less risky.

Is isolate a better option if I don’t like thick shakes?

If heavy shakes put you off, whey protein isolate is usually a good place to start. Many people prefer it because it feels lighter in the shaker and easier to fit into the day. Add more or less water to get the texture you like instead of forcing down a thick mix.
