I absolutely love these shorts. The Sculpt Seamless collection is one of my favourites from Muscle Nation, and these didn’t disappoint. The shape is really flattering, with enough support to feel secure while still being comfortable for training and everyday wear. The design is well thought out, with a seamless fit that stays in place during workouts and doesn’t dig in or roll down. The quality is fantastic, the fabric feels amazing, and they’ve quickly become a staple in my activewear rotation.

I absolutely love the Sculpt Seamless Midway Shorts in Baja Blue! The colour is stunning — such a vibrant, fresh blue that really stands out. What I love most is how firm and supportive the waistband is — it holds everything in nicely and doesn’t roll down, even during intense workouts. The Sculpt Seamless Midway shorts is the perfect fit - the length is just right, it doesn’t roll up, and its very tick, seems to be a great material. Its tight around the waist giving a firm hold. And this purple color is So beautiful!
Navy shorts are a fav of mine! The colour is so pretty! These are by far the most flattering and comfy shorts for the gym. Perfect high waist. No rolling on the legs.
Fits well. Read other reviews about sizing up but I got my regular size and it’s perfect. Just would prefer these if there was no scrunch or was invisible scrunch. I got size small.

Really like these! The colour is sensational in real life, so bright! And I found they rolled less than my other shorts. Still moved a little but only a tiny bit. If you’re having issues with rolling these would be might pick of the Muscle Nation shorts.
