Please note we do not issue refunds on non-faulty items, only in-store credit once your return item is received back at our facility.
 If you change your mind, that particular item doesn’t suit your body etc etc, we have other collections/items to choose from and find your item. We do not issue refunds on non-faulty items (only in-store credit).

NOTE: Returning items. You, the customer have agreed and understands to cover any costs involved to receive store credit for the value of your returned order. This means you will only receive store credit to repurchase your items for your existing order (excluding shipping) and the customer will be required to cover any costs involved to reship your goods. We are not the couriers and cannot be held liable for any costs which are incurred in using their services. All exchanges and returns will be shipped back to our only warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.

NOTE: If the item has been worn, washed or used in any way, your item cannot be replaced (health, hygiene standards and wear and tear).

Our policy lasts 7 days after purchase is received. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return (in-store credit only, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear etc.).

Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted

It must also be in the original packaging, tags and labels.

All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.

If the returns item fails this test, they will be returned back to you.

Returns (in-store credit) and exchanges (change of items) will take place once we receive the original package from purchaser back in our warehouse safely, undamaged and eligible (above terms).

Returns (in-store credit) can take up to 7 days to process, so don’t be alarmed if you’ve tracked your return as delivered but haven’t heard from us yet.

All exchanges are sent out on a standard service. If a customer is returning a package, we advise to use an insured, priority mail, as if the package is lost on its return to us, it is not our responsibility.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns (in-store credit) will not include shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, order number and completion of a return label emailed to you.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, we will send you a return label with the appropriate information.



We are quick to process and dispatch orders from our warehouse (couriers come 3x a day to push orders out). Once you process your order and click ‘confirm & pay‘, after this point we can not guarantee anything. If you are quick to let us know, and we haven’t processed/packed the order (Instagram DM us ASAP @MuscleNation , our emails have a 24 – 48 hr min reply time (between 9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday), and we MIGHT be able to act quicker via a IG DM – no guarantee).

Like mentioned above, once you click ‘confirm & pay‘, after this point we can not guarantee anything. If the order is processing after you click ‘confirm & pay‘ or with the courier, it’s too late and we can not amend. If we can not amend the order or stop it, it will need to go through the exchange/credit process (we do not offer refunds at any stage, only in-store credit – read our EXCHANGE & RETURNS) .

If we go through an exchange, in-store credit process or reship to correct address once returned to us this will be at customers cost. We are not liable for any losses incurred if the customer has provided any incorrect details for their order or anything that happens after clicking ‘confirm & pay‘.

Please double and triple check your items, sizes and address is placed correctly.

NOTE: (the below statement is noted in EVERY PRODUCT PAGES 'Size Chart', 'Sizing Guides', 'Terms and Conditions' and 'Orders and Shipping'.

In the SCRUNCH BUM, SEAMLESS & MENS LINES, there might be a slight fit and feel difference in the same size across different colours. The scrunch bum collection is all made from the same custom fabric blend and colours are custom picked by us. When it comes to colouring, some colours require more colouring, dye, settling time, than others. This is where the fabric feel 'might' feel a little different across some colours. This is where the fit 'might' feel a little different in the same size in different colours. We ALWAYS suggest to size up if you are in-between sizes to ensure the items are a comfortable and flexible fit.
