What does Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) mean?

There are several different types of Whey Protein powders used in supplements. Our Whey Protein is a 100% Whey Isolate. Whey Isolate compared to other types of whey proteins has a higher protein content and lower carbohydrate and fat content per serving. In addition to having lower carbohydrate and fat content to other whey proteins, Whey Isolate has lower lactose content. 

That is why we chose to use the highest quality, Whey Isolate for our whey protein powder. Whey Protein Isolate is finely filtered with virtually no lactose, lower carbohydrate and lower fat content compared to other types of whey protein powders.

How do I use Whey Protein?

Shake: Add 1 scoop in a shaker with 250 - 350 mL of cold water or milk and shake well for a quick protein shake when you’re on-the-go or in the gym.

Smoothie: Add 1 - 2 scoops in a blender with your favourite fruit and ice.

Snack: Add 1 - 2 scoops into yoghurt or oats for a delicious snack.

When should I take whey protein?

Anytime during the day for a quick protein-filled snack to help increase your protein intake.

Can I cook with Whey Protein?

Yes, whey protein is very versatile. You can mix WPI in your oats or yoghurt for a protein-powered breakfast or snack or add it to your favourite healthy baking recipes to increase your daily protein intake.
