HOW DO I USE LEGACY?
Mix 1/2 - 1 scoop in a shaker with 500 mL of cold water and shake well. To enhance the taste and flavour, try mixing your serve with less water.
Always assess your caffeine tolerance. Start with 1/2 scoop and work your way up to 1 scoop.
WHEN TO TAKE LEGACY?
We recommend taking Legacy 15 - 30 mins prior to your workout.
CAN I TAKE LEGACY AS MY PRE-WORKOUT?
Yes, get the most out of your workout by taking 1/2 - 1 scoop with water 15 - 30 minutes prior to your activity to allow time for the ingredients to absorb optimally.
HOW MANY SERVES IN A TUB?
There are 30 servings (30 scoops) in a tub.
CAN I TAKE LEGACY WITH ANY OTHER SUPPLEMENTS?
Yes, Legacy can be stacked with our Creatine and our non-caffeinated pump and performance pre-workout Three-D (3D). If you choose to stack Legacy and Three-D together, add extra water in your shaker and consume both before your workout.
WILL TAKING LEGACY MAKE MY SKIN TINGLE?
Legacy pre-workout contains a workout performance and recovery ingredient called beta-alanine. Beta-alanine supplementation has been shown to improve recovery and workout performance by reducing lactic acid in muscles. This will allow muscles to recover and perform better throughout a workout.
Taking beta-alanine may cause a sensation typically described as “tingling of the skin" and there is no need to be alarmed. This sensation varies with individuals, some might experience it, and others might not. If this sensation occurs, it does not last long and it is usually experienced in the face, neck and back of the hands.
HOW MANY SCOOPS CAN I TAKE DAILY?
We recommend not exceeding 1 scoop of Legacy per day.
HOW MUCH CAFFEINE IS IN LEGACY?
Legacy contains 300mg of caffeine per serve (average cup of coffee contains 95 mg). Legacy is our high energy pre-workout. If you are caffeine sensitive, consume ½ scoop of Legacy pre-workout, or try our Destiny Fat Burner/ Pre-Workout (Destiny has 150mg caffeine per serve).
CAN I TAKE LEGACY IF I AM SENSITIVE TO CAFFEINE?
If you are sensitive to caffeine we recommend starting at ¼ scoop, assess your tolerance and gradually work your way up to a ½ serve.
CAN I TAKE LEGACY IF I AM PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING?
No, Legacy is not suitable for pregnant or lactating women. We recommend consulting your health practitioner before adding this into your routine after pregnancy and breastfeeding has ended.
IS LEGACY SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
No, Legacy is not recommended for anyone under the age of 16.
