The Launch Of Our Recycled Fabrics
From a design perspective, we want to expand our current fabric range, while keeping the materials our community knows and loves. We want to introduce more fabrics made with recycled yarns and natural fibres, while still offering our customers the best quality.
The HBxMN Collection marks the launch of our new recycled fabrics. Each piece in this collection is mindfully made from an element of recycled fabric. The use of recycled fabrics, such as Recycled Polyester, helps reduce landfill and conserve raw materials.
Recycled Polyester is made from consumer waste and recyclable materials, such as plastic bottles which have been collected, sorted by colour, and then melted down and formed into chips. These chips are also called ‘flakes’. These chips or flakes are then sent to spinning mills where they are melted down and turned into yarn to create new fabric.
The Leggings and Bike Shorts in this collection are crafted from 75% Recycled Polyester, along with the main fabric of the Bralettes. In addition, the Cropped Mesh Tanks in this collection are crafted from 85% Recycled Polyamide.
Half Time Long Sleeve
Continuing with our endeavour to use more recycled fabrics in our apparel collections, the Half Time Cropped Long Sleeve released in our Slam Dunk Collection is mindfully made with 86% Recycled Polyester.
Everyday Scrunch Styles
Our Everyday Scrunch Bike Shorts and Everyday Scrunch Ankle Length Leggings in our Reload Collection are also mindfully made with 75% Recycled Polyester.
Focus Tank
Our Focus Tank in our In The Limelight Collection is made with our Workout Tencel Fabric. Tencel is one of the most sustainable fibres and is known for being luxuriously soft. It is produced from sustainably sourced wood by environmentally mindful processes.
Braided Bralette
Our Braided Bralette set to launch in our Signature Collection is mindfully made with 75% Recycled Polyester.
Mens Basic Tank
Our Mens Basic Tank set to be released in our Signature Collection is also mindfully made with 86% Recycled Polyester.
Hattie Boydle X Muscle Nation
Sparked by Hattie Boydle's passion for living a sustainable and environmentally aware lifestyle, we present to you our latest HBXMN Collection set to be released in our Signature Collection. Like our previous collaboration with Hattie Boydle, each piece in our new HBXMN Collection is crafted with elements of recycled fabric, like Recycled Polyester.
The main fabric of our HBXMN Flair Bandeau and HBXMN Instinct Bralette are both mindfully made with 75% Recycled Polyester. Our HBXMN Flair Booty Shorts and HBXMN Flair Bike Shorts are also both crafted with 75% Recycled Polyester.
Going forward, we will continue to explore new ways we can create more sustainable processes while designing future collections.
Swing Tags

In future collections, our items will come without a swing tag in support of the MN Sustainability Movement. We started this initiative for our apparel in our Black Friday Collection.
Creating An Efficient & Sustainable Warehouse
Our 100% Compostable Packaging Initiative
Creating a more sustainable warehouse is something we have been working on behind the scenes at Muscle Nation for quite some time. We have developed 100% compostable packaging for our postage satchels and garment bags. There were many different options of packaging and levels of durability, so this initiative required a great deal of trialling and testing before it came to life. As a result, all orders will now arrive to customers in our new 100% compostable postage satchels, in further support of our MN Sustainability Movement.
With the launch of our HBxMN Collection in January, we also introduced our 100% compostable garment bags. Moving forward, we are phasing out our original non-recyclable garment packaging, so all garments in the Muscle Nation Warehouse will be in our new 100% compostable packaging.
Our Scanning System
On May 18, 2020 we changed the way we operate in our warehouse. We wanted to reduce our impact on the environment, as our warehouse was heavily reliant on paper for packing orders. Originally, individual sheets of paper were required for our order picking and packing processes. We knew we needed to implement a more sustainable process, however we also knew this change could not happen overnight.
After many months of meetings and researching a wide range of inventory management systems, we finally found a scanning system to support our warehouse. This system not only allows us to reduce paper, but enables our warehouse processes to be more efficient. Our scanners streamline our inventory management, order picking and packing processes - while importantly eliminating our dependence on paper.
Starting with only four scanners, we have now acquired more than 40 scanners for our daily processes. The Muscle Nation Warehouse is nearly a paperless environment. We also have big recycling bins which we use daily.
Supplements
Supplements are only returnable if unopened, with the seal unbroken, and in perfect resalable condition, in the original packaging.Contact us via email for approval before returning supplements (orders@musclenation.org)
Faulty Returns
If you believe your product is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at orders@musclenation.org with your order number and photos of the fault/damage.
Refund
You are more than welcome to return your eligible items for a refund. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used on your order. A $9.99 return shipping fee (Aus only) will be deducted from your refund amount. Once your refund has been successfully processed, it can take 2-5 business days for the funds to show in your account depending on your bank.
Store Credit (Australian Returns)
Opting for store credit comes with a little extra reward—you won’t be charged the $9.99 returns handling fee, giving you even more value back! Store credits can be used at any time on our website and do not have an expiration date.

Instant Exchange (Australia Only)
Please note: Currently, we are unable to process exchanges for orders shipped to countries outside of Australia.
We offer "Instant Exchanges" for your convenience, allowing you to place your exchange order right when you submit your return request. Please be aware that a temporary authorisation will be placed on your credit card for the full amount of the exchange order for 7 business days. If your return isn’t sent back within 21 days of submitting the request, the full amount will be charged to your credit card. Make sure to have your parcel scanned as received when you drop it off and keep the receipt as proof.
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to Instant Exchanges, as our system does not allow edits once processed.
Finally, please remember that all orders, including exchanges and "Shop Now," are subject to our standard return policy.

I paid with a ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ option, how does my return work?
Store Credit or Exchange: If you choose store credit or an exchange, your scheduled payments will continue as originally set.
Refund: If you opt for a refund, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Any outstanding payments will be canceled, and any balance already paid will be refunded.
How will my refund be processed if I paid for my order with a gift card and another payment method?
If you paid for part of your order with a gift card and covered the remaining balance with another payment method, your refund will first be applied to your gift card, as it was the initial payment method used. Any remaining refund amount will then go to your secondary payment method.
