When does the Challenge start and finish?

The challenge begins on Monday 11th of September 2023 and will run for 8 weeks ending Friday 3rd of November.

How much does the Challenge cost?

As little as $30 a week or just $204 up front for the entire 8 week challenge!

Can I start the Challenge after the start date?

Unfortunately the MN Get Fit Challenge has a specific start and end date.

The challenge begins on Monday 11th of September 2023 and will run for 8 weeks ending Friday 3rd of November.

Can I cancel my subscription for the Challenge at any time?

There are no cancellations/refunds on the challenge. *8 week minimum term.

How does the Challenge work?

Once you sign up you will receive an in app consultation form to complete and an introductory email with instructions on how to get started! 

App access will be granted from two weeks out and your personalised calories and macros will be completed by the coaches. From there you will be guided by our coaches on the next steps to set you up for the 8 week challenge.

You will also get access to the exclusive Facebook group from the day you sign up for education content and any questions you may have prior to the challenge beginning. 

What else is involved in the challenge?
  • In-app training plan for 8 weeks. Gym & home options. 
  • Personalised calorie and macros details, along with meal plan options and upgrades to fuel your progress.
  • Weekly live sessions within our dedicated Facebook group, where our experts will provide valuable insights, guidance and an opportunity to ask questions.
  • Access a treasure trove of educational resources to empower your fitness knowledge.
  • And don't forget, our Facebook community is here to provide unwavering support.
Are there different levels to the MN Get Fit Challenge?

Each program is designed and tailored to your individual fitness level so it will be customized to what suits and challenges you! 

There are different programs for people depending on access to gym/home and beginner or intermediate/advanced - You will be assigned a plan based on the answer in your consultation. 

Is the Challenge suitable for beginners?

It certainly is! 

This program is designed for absolutely anyone who wants to get on track, stay motivated and see results.

Are the training plans personalised to my needs?

Based on your initial consultation with our coaches, you will be given a training plan which suits your lifestyle. 

We understand that not everyone can spend 2 hours in the gym everyday, and we will tailor the training program based on your needs!  

Is the nutrition aspect personalised to my needs and are there meal plans?

The challenge will include personalised calories and macros based on you as an individual. 

There will be an included opt-in In app Meal Plan option, and also an option to upgrade to a 100% personalised Meal plan at additional cost.  

Do I need a gym membership for the Challenge?

No! You will be able to select your training style on what best suits your lifestyle - no gym required! 

You will be able to select home-workouts or gym-workouts depending on your needs! 

What do I need to train from home?

The more you have the better, but, if you have dumbbells, a barbell (optional), a booty band and a long resistance band that will be enough to help you succeed with your at home workouts. 

Are there any tips to stay motivated for the Challenge?

Join our Exclusive Challenge FB communityand stay motivated and on track with other people who are doing the challenge! Share recipe ideas, your workouts and your week to week goals to keep focussed and on track.

Are there any prizes for the winner?

$15,000 (AUD) worth of cash and prizes are available! The cash and prizes will be broken up to:

2 x $5000 cash winners (male and female)- Most inspiring transformation over the 8 week challenge

2 x $1000 cash winner (second place male and female) 

2 x $250 cash winner (third place male and female)

Will I receive Muscle Nation discounts to use during the challenge?

You will receive a discount code to use on all supplements and apparel for the duration of the challenge! 

Is this program open to anyone?

It is open to absolutely everyone of all fitness levels. 

Just a heads up: You need to be over 18, and if you’re 1-2 months postpartum or currently pregnant, it’s not advised you join the challenge.
