Find your fit before you check out. Every measurement below is the garment laid flat — match it against a piece you already own, or measure your body and size to the closest range. Bodies are beautifully unique, so treat this as a guide.

How to measure

Use a soft tape measure and keep it level. Measure over bare skin or close-fitting clothing for the truest reading.

Womens measurement guide — waist, hips and inseam

WaistMeasure the full circumference at the narrowest point of your waist.

HipsMeasure the full circumference at the widest, fullest point of your hips.

InseamMeasure the inner leg from the crotch seam to the ankle edge of the garment.

Bust & under bustFor bras: measure around the fullest point of the bust, then directly under the bust.

Bottoms & Leggings

Body measurements for all leggings, bike shorts, joggers and bottoms. Sizing runs XXS–XXXXL with AU equivalents.

Inseam & Length

Inseam is the inner-leg seam length. Our Aura Straight Leg Leggings now come in three leg lengths — pick the one that matches your height.

Fit length

Short suits ~150–163cm, Regular ~163–175cm and Tall ~175–188cm. Inside leg is measured flat from the crotch seam to the hem.

Aura Peachy — Rise

The Aura Peachy range comes in two rises. The High Rise waistband now sits 4cm higher than the Mid Rise for more coverage and core support.

Aura Peachy

Choose your rise

Both rises use the same buttery Aura Peachy fabric and sculpting scrunch — the only difference is how high the waistband sits.

High Rise
+4cm
Sits higher on the waist for full tummy coverage and a locked-in feel through lifts and bends.
Mid Rise
Classic
Sits just below the natural waist — the original Aura Peachy feel for everyday training.
Tip Longer in the torso? Go for High Rise. Shorter torso? Mid Rise will sit just right.

Shorts — Inseam

Inseam length by short style. Use the bottoms chart above for waist & hip sizing.

Sports Bras

Measure around the fullest point of the bust and directly under the bust.

Tees

Measured flat, not worn — match against a tee you already love. Oversized tees run a true super-oversized fit, so we don't recommend sizing up; size down for a less oversized look.
