I'm not sure how it is supposed to fit when you have the correct size, but it's tight. It also rolls up to my waist rather than sitting a little lower like I tie it up. It looks nice, though, it's just a bit finicky.
The quality is great. I got a size small but feels more like an xs, there is not much stretch in the arms for us gym girlies and the front is quite open, like it almost doesn't sit right when I wrap it but could just be me. It still looks cute with a crop underneath tho
