Seamless Leggings

Should I train in shorts or leggings?
Go with shorts for hotter days, leg day, or anything where you like less fabric around the knees. Choose seamless leggings when you want extra coverage, a bit more warmth, or a smooth full-length look. A lot comes down to how you train and what helps you feel comfortable.

How should they fit around the waist and glutes?
You want a close fit that hugs without pinching. If the waistband digs in, rolls, or has you pulling it up after every set, try another size. If fabric gathers through the hips or crotch, go smaller. A good fit feels secure and flexible, not stiff or restrictive.

Are seamless styles a good option for lower-body training?
They can be a smart choice for squats, deadlifts, and machines because there are fewer seams to rub or distract you. Our seamless leggings also give you that sculpted look a lot of people want, but it still helps to check opacity in bright light before you head out.

What short length should I go for?
Midway shorts are a solid middle ground if you want coverage through the upper thigh without extra fabric bunching up. Shorter cuts feel lighter and cooler, while longer lengths can feel more secure for lunges, hip thrusts, and any workout where you want less skin showing.

How do I wash them so they keep their shape?
Wash our shorts and seamless leggings in cold water with similar fabrics and skip high heat when drying. Turn them inside out first, especially if they have contour detailing. Fabric softener can coat performance fibres, so it is better to leave it out and let the stretch recover naturally.
