For context, I am quite petite so find tops with non-adjustable straps inherently unflattering. I am also a C cup with a smaller waist so tops that fit well at my waist are too tight on my chest, and tops that fit my chest are too loose on my waist. I have been trying to make the lululemon align tank work on my body but it just doesn't. This tank is perfectt!! The waist sits just right, the pads are removable but I have kept them in. They aren't sewn in like the ones on my Nike sports bras but I haven't noticed a whole lot of pad shifting yet. Highly recommend
