Love this bra! I’m a smaller chested girl - size 12Cish and play soccer, lift heavy weights and it’s perfect for me. Running is not an issue the girls are kept firm on my chest.

As a 12FF girl, yes it fits. But I would not regard this as a maximum support option. Yes this would be fine for a spin class or pilates. But running? Oh no support at all for that. Also I don't need the padding with a pushup in it. . .

This gives me excellent support. I feel secure and comfortable. Some other crops have too much of a scoop and I spill out, but not this one.
Colour is gorgeous I wouldn’t say high impact I noticed movement in the feeling during runs but still solid support. Fit is amazing too girls are locked in

It's easy to put it on and take it off; the colour is so cute. I love the material as well. The only thing I'm not a huge fan of is the paddings that come with each padded sports bra; they are so round and small… and they move around … hope MN can make some bigger non-push-up paddings

Bought this in both black and pink - absolutely surprised me with how high impact it actually is. I wear it running and playing soccer, plus the material feels so nice on your skin.
