Ingredients
- 2 Weetbix
- 100ml Almond Milk
- 160g Salted Caramel YoPro
- 1 Scoop MN CUSTARD Casein Protein - Golden Ice Cream (Choc Hazelnut would also be perfect)
- 30g Ferrero Rocher Easter Egg
- 15g Diced Hazelnuts
- 1 Ferrero Rocher
Method
- Crush weetbix into a bowl
- Add almond milk and sit aside to set
- Add Yopro and Casien and mix together until smooth
- Spread evenly on top of weetbix
- Melt down your Ferrero Rocher Egg
- Pour and spread evenly over your filling
- Add diced hazelnuts and a Ferrero Rocher ball on top
- Place in the fridge overnight and you’re good to go!
