Ingredients

  • 120ml Skim milk
  • 30g Muscle Nation salted caramel daily shake
  • 20g Smooth peanut butter
  • A handful of ice cubes
  • 10ml Sugar free chocolate sauce
  • 5g Peanuts

Method

  1. In a blender, combine skim milk, protein powder, peanut butter, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into a tall glass.
  3. Drizzle the top with sugar-free chocolate sauce and sprinkle with peanuts, if desired.
