- 30g Muscle Nation salted caramel daily shake
- 20g Smooth peanut butter
- A handful of ice cubes
- 10ml Sugar free chocolate sauce
- 5g Peanuts
Method
- In a blender, combine skim milk, protein powder, peanut butter, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into a tall glass.
- Drizzle the top with sugar-free chocolate sauce and sprinkle with peanuts, if desired.
