Ingredients
- 2 large bananas, mashed
- 1 egg
- 3 tbs of honey
- 3 tbs of coconut oil
- 3/4 cup of gluten free flour
- 1/2 cup of Muscle Nation WHEY Protein Isolate - Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius and prepare a lined or greased muffin tin.
- In a bowl combine the mashed bananas, egg, honey and coconut oil. Stir until well combined.
- Add in the flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Stir until combined.
- Then fold in your chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into your muffin tin, filling about 3/4 full.
- Bake muffins for 15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown. Then enjoy!
