Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas, mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbs of honey
  • 3 tbs of coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup of gluten free flour
  • 1/2 cup of Muscle Nation WHEY Protein Isolate - Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius and prepare a lined or greased muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl combine the mashed bananas, egg, honey and coconut oil. Stir until well combined.
  3. Add in the flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Stir until combined.
  4. Then fold in your chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into your muffin tin, filling about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake muffins for 15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown. Then enjoy!
