  • 30g of Milo Cereal (or cereal of your choice)
  • ½ Scoop Muscle Nation Chocolate Flake WPI
  • 35ml Sugar Free Maple Syrup

Method

  1. Pour your cereal into a bowl
  2. Add in ½ scoop of Chocolate Flake WPI
  3. Add maple syrup and mix thoroughly
  4. Pour mixture onto some baking paper and onto a plate
