Ingredients

  • 1 Gluten Free Scotch Finger Biscuit
  • 20g Muscle Nation Custard Protein - Choc Mint
  • 1 mini snack tub (37.5g) Light Cream Cheese
  • 5g sugar free granulated sweetener
  • 20ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 15g Aero Mint Chocolate

Method

  1. Crumble the gluten-free Scotch Finger Biscuit into a small ramekin to create the base.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together light cream cheese, Choc Mint Custard powder, almond milk, and sugar-free sweetener until well combined.
  3. Transfer the cheesecake mixture onto the crumbled biscuit base in the ramekin, ensuring an even spread.
  4. Chop the Aero Mint Chocolate into pieces and sprinkle them over the top of the cheesecake.
  5. Place the cheesecake in the fridge overnight or for at least 1-2 hours to set.
