To ensure you're well-prepared for our biggest sale of the year and to streamline your checkout experience, we highly recommend utilising our wishlist feature. Here's how to do it:

  2. Select the items you desire and choose your preferred size.
  3. Click the heart icon to add these items to your wishlist.

When our Black Friday Sale goes live, you can conveniently access your wishlist and swiftly transfer all the selected items to your cart for a smooth and efficient checkout process.

Please keep in mind that to use the wishlist feature, you must be on the same device where the wishlist was created, and you must be logged in to your account. Creating a wishlist does not automatically reserve items in your cart.

WHY ISN'T THE 100% WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE (WPI) INCLUDED IN THE 50% OFF BLACK FRIDAY SALE?

The cost of whey protein has been significantly increasing across the industry, with these rising production costs being passed on by our suppliers. Rather than drastically raising our prices, we’ve chosen to keep pricing fair. As a result, we are unable to offer a 50% discount on our WPI.

WILL THE WPI BE AVAILABLE DURING THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE?

Yes, but it will be temporarily unavailable during the 50% off 4-hour period but will return as soon as the storewide discount shifts to 40% off.

CAN I STILL USE STACK AND SAVE?

You will need to choose your supplements individually, as they will all be discounted individually at checkout. This includes all supplements, protein snacks and custard protein bars.

There will be no stack and save bundles available during our Black Friday Sale period. 

Supplements can be shipped to customers all around the world. However, the following items are unable to be shipped internationally: Protein Puffs.

SHIPPING

HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY ORDER?

During this period, our warehouse will be in operation seven days a week with extended working hours each day to ensure the swift dispatch of your orders.

Due to the high volume of orders placed during our Black Friday Sale, we kindly request that you allow up to 15 business days for the processing and dispatch of your order. You will receive dispatch information (indicating that your order has been picked and packed) during this time. Once your order is dispatched and picked up by our couriers, you will receive tracking updates via both Email and SMS.

Orders placed during the Black Friday Sale will commence the dispatch process starting from Tuesday, November 12th.

It's worth noting that this period is exceptionally busy for couriers as they approach their peak season. Consequently, there may be differing delays depending on your location, and it might take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Rest assured, orders will be swiftly leaving the Muscle Nation warehouse, and our couriers are working extended hours to ensure your packages reach you promptly.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience during this busy period.

CAN I EDIT MY ORDER

You can update your shipping address within 10 minutes of placing your order using the link in your order confirmation email. However, once an order has been placed during our Black Friday Sale, we’re unable to make any changes to sizes, colours, or items in your order.

Please double-check all details at checkout, as we’re unable to cancel orders once they’re placed. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

HOW DO I CLAIM FREE SHIPPING?

Spend over $130 AUD (after discount) and you will receive free standard shipping Australia wide. 

Express shipping and International shipping will incur their respective charges at checkout.

IF I SELECT EXPRESS SHIPPING, WILL MY ORDER BE PRIORITISED?

If you opt for Express Shipping, it's important to understand that this selection won't result in your order being prioritised during the initial dispatch process (pick and pack from our warehouse). However, it will be prioritised once it's in transit with the courier, as it will be shipped via express post for faster delivery.

WILL SAME DAY DELIVERY BE AVAILABLE?

No, same day delivery will not be available during our Black Friday sale period. Customers can choose between standard shipping and express shipping as their available shipping methods.

YOUR ORDER TRACKING

Your tracking information will become available when the shipping label is generated at our warehouse. Afterward, your order will be picked up and scanned out of our warehouse by the courier. It's quite common for your tracking link to initially display as 'Invalid' or 'Pending,' and this is perfectly normal. It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Due to the substantial number of orders leaving our warehouse, some couriers transport parcels to their sorting facilities for initial scans. This is the reason behind the potential delay in tracking updates. Please keep in mind that this is a particularly busy period for our participating couriers as they gear up for their peak season.

I HAVE MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?

Once an order has been placed during our Black Friday Sale, we are unable to make any adjustments. This includes changes to sizes, colours, items, and shipping addresses. We kindly ask that you exercise caution when checking out to ensure the accuracy of your shipping information and the items in your cart.

Please be aware that we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

I HAVE PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS, CAN I COMBINE THEM?

No, unfortunately we are unable to combine multiple orders. Each order will be dispatched separately.

For our Black Friday sale, discounts will be automatically applied at checkout—no code needed!

  • 50% off will automatically apply for the first 4 hours of launch. This offer ends sharply at 12pm AEST.
  • After 12pm AEST, 40% off will automatically apply storewide for the remainder of the sale.

Please note that the 50% discount will not be honoured beyond the initial 4-hour window. Enjoy shopping while the deals last!

CAN I USE DISCOUNT CODES ALONG WITH THE STOREWIDE DISCOUNT?

The Black Friday storewide discount will be automatically applied at checkout—no code needed!

You can still use gift cards and store credits (from returns) in conjunction with our Black Friday discount.

Please note that during this sale, no other discount codes or athlete codes will be applicable.

Loyalty Points cannot be redeemed during this sale period. However, you’ll continue to accumulate points for future purchases.

Additionally, Gold Tier members will not receive free express shipping during our Black Friday sale period.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS WILL BE AVAILABLE?

All our usual payment methods will be available during our Black Friday Sale. This includes; Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay, Sezzle, ApplePay, Zip Pay, Klarna, ShopPay and Google Pay.

Muscle Nation E-Gift Cards and Store Credits (from returns) are able to be used during our Black Friday sale.

IF SOMETHING SELLS OUT, CAN I PURCHASE IT LATER IF IT RESTOCKS AT THE DISCOUNTED PRICE?

Once items sell out, they will no longer be available at the discounted price.

We highly recommend being prepared and visiting our website during the launch day, which is Tuesday Nov 12th at 8am AEST. 

While some items may be restocked at a later date, if your preferred size is no longer in stock, you are welcome to subscribe to email notifications on all product pages. In the event that your size becomes available again, you will receive an email notification.

By chance, if your size returns you will be notified by email.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For all returns, we will issue your refund or store credit equivalent to the price you paid during the sale, minus handling fees. During the Black Friday sale period, we kindly request that customers allow at least 15 business days for their return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse. To accommodate this, we have extended our return policy to 28 days.
