These run true to size. I’m typically a 10 or M in bottoms but find i need to size down in some active wear brands for shorts & leggings. Definitely don’t size down in these. I like the style also have the matching crop top, but i think i’d wear them a lot more if i bought a M instead of a S.

The rib midway shorts are definitely my favourite muscle nation short at the moment. The texture of the fabric leads to a super flattering fit whilst not compromising on comfort. They are are squat proof with the quality being next level!
