These shorts are a lifesaver for my long femurs. Normal bike shorts fit more like booty shorts on me, so the referee length fits the way that normal bike shorts should. The material feels super nice, my only complaint is that they are thin enough to see underwear lines through, but the black colour stops them from being transparent.
