Ingredients

  • 1 Serve (40g) White Chocolate Custard Protein
  • 1 cup oats
  • ¾ cup gf flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbs Raspberry Jam
  • 50g Coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp. Maple syrup
  • 40g white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Hand full of raspberries (frozen or fresh)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Combine oats, flour, baking powder, custard powder and white choc chips into a bowl
  3. Add all wet ingredients into dry and combine well
  4. Add half of the raspberries into the mixture
  5. In a small loaf pan add your mixture press firmly, evenly spreading
  6. Add remaining raspberries to the top of the slice and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes
  7. Cool the slice on a cooling rack and top with melted white choc if desired
