Ingredients
- 1 Serve (40g) White Chocolate Custard Protein
- 1 cup oats
- ¾ cup gf flour
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbs Raspberry Jam
- 50g Coconut oil
- 2 tbsp. Maple syrup
- 40g white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Hand full of raspberries (frozen or fresh)
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees
- Combine oats, flour, baking powder, custard powder and white choc chips into a bowl
- Add all wet ingredients into dry and combine well
- Add half of the raspberries into the mixture
- In a small loaf pan add your mixture press firmly, evenly spreading
- Add remaining raspberries to the top of the slice and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes
- Cool the slice on a cooling rack and top with melted white choc if desired
