- 40g (1 serve) MN CUSTARD Casein Protein - White Chocolate
- 35g Oats
- 2g Chia seeds
- 5g Shredded coconut
- 180ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 5ml Maple Syrup
- 20g Coconut Yogurt
- 6g White Chocolate - Melted
- In a container, add oats, chia seeds, 2.5g of shredded coconut, custard protein, milk and maple syrup and mix well until combined
- Place lid on the container and place in the fridge to set overnight
- The next morning, combine melted white chocolate and coconut yogurt together.
- Remove the oat mixture from the fridge and top with coconut yogurt mixture.
- Top with the remaining shredded coconut and enjoy!
