Ingredients
- 1 Scoop (20g) MN White Choc Custard Protein
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup of puffed rice/rice bubbles
- 100g sugar free white chocolate
- 10g white choc (Melted)
- 100s & 1000s
Method
- Line a small rectangular slice pan with baking paper and set aside
- Combine all of your base ingredients into a bowl
- Once you have combined all the ingredients together, transfer the mixture into the slice pan
- Spoon the mixture into the slice pan and press firmly down.
- Melt white chocolate in the microwave for 20-30 seconds
- Drizzle your white chocolate topping and sprinkles over the base
- Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours to set
- Cut up slice and enjoy
