Ingredients

  • 100g Muscle Nation Protein Baking Melts
  • 1 Muscle Nation Custard Protein Bar Peanut Butter
  • 50g Mayverys Protein Peanut Butter

Method

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the Baking Melts on a medium to high heat. Make sure to continuously stir and watch them, as they melt quickly!
  2. Pour melted choc into 4 cups of a silicone muffin tray, evenly distributing the mix. Place in the fridge to set for an hour or 2.
  3. Once set, spread a layer of peanut butter across the top of each choc cup.
  4. Chop Protein Bar into small pieces and spread across the tops of the cups, pushing them down into the PB a little bit, so they stick!
  5. Place back in the fridge to set and store there!
