Ingredients

  • 1 scoop MN Chocolate Flake WPI
  • 200ml Almond Milk
  • 70g Gymbod Chocolate Pudding Ice-Cream
  • 1 Tsp Xanthan gum (optional, just makes it thicker)
  • 1 Flake
  • Ice

Method

  1. Plenty of ice into your blender cup
  2. Add 200ml of Almomd Milk
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of Xanthan gum (this is optional, it just makes it thicker)
  4. Add 1 Scoop of Muscle Nation Chocolate Flake WPI
  5. 2 scoops or 70g GymBod Chocolate Pudding Ice Cream
  6. Crush half a Chocolate Flake on top
  7. Place the other half whole in your shake
  8. ENJOY!
