Ingredients

  • 20g Coconut Flour
  • 10g Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Stevia
  • 2 Pinches of Salt
  • 120ml Almond Milk
  • 5g Lanes Caramel Sea Salt Seasoning
  • 2 Scoops Muscle Nation - CUSTARD Casein Protein - Cinnamon Churros
  • 20g Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
  • 40g Muscle Nation Protein Baking Chocolate

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, powdered peanut butter, stevia, salt, and Lanes caramel seasoning.
  2. Stir in almond milk until well combined.
  3. Add Muscle Nation Casein Custard and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.
  5. Roll the dough evenly onto a sheet of baking paper.
  6. Melt the Muscle Nation baking chocolate.
  7. Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the cookie dough.
  8. Sprinkle a few cracks of salt on top.
  9. Freeze for around 30 minutes or until the chocolate has set.
