- 20g Coconut Flour
- 10g Powdered Peanut Butter
- 1 Teaspoon Stevia
- 2 Pinches of Salt
- 120ml Almond Milk
- 5g Lanes Caramel Sea Salt Seasoning
- 2 Scoops Muscle Nation - CUSTARD Casein Protein - Cinnamon Churros
- 20g Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
- 40g Muscle Nation Protein Baking Chocolate
Method
- In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, powdered peanut butter, stevia, salt, and Lanes caramel seasoning.
- Stir in almond milk until well combined.
- Add Muscle Nation Casein Custard and mix until a dough forms.
- Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough evenly onto a sheet of baking paper.
- Melt the Muscle Nation baking chocolate.
- Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the cookie dough.
- Sprinkle a few cracks of salt on top.
- Freeze for around 30 minutes or until the chocolate has set.
