Ingredients
- 1 Muscle Nation Protein Pancakes
- 350ml Almond Milk
- 2 Bananas
- 1 Scoop Vanilla MN Casein Custard
- 300g Vanilla YoPro
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 10g Banana Chips
- 15g Crushed Walnuts
Method
- Pour 350ml almond milk into a blender cup
- Add 2 bananas
- Add MN pancake mix and one teaspoon cinnamon
- Blend, then place into a lightly greased cake tin
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
- Whilst cooking prepare your “icing”
- 300g Vanilla YoPro into a bowl
- Add 1 Scoop of Vanilla Casein and mix until combine
- Wait for the cake to cook and add your icing on top
- Top with walnuts and banana chips
