Ingredients

  • 1 Muscle Nation Protein Pancakes
  • 350ml Almond Milk
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla MN Casein Custard
  • 300g Vanilla YoPro
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 10g Banana Chips
  • 15g Crushed Walnuts

Method

  1. Pour 350ml almond milk into a blender cup
  2. Add 2 bananas
  3. Add MN pancake mix and one teaspoon cinnamon
  4. Blend, then place into a lightly greased cake tin
  5. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
  6. Whilst cooking prepare your “icing”
  7. 300g Vanilla YoPro into a bowl
  8. Add 1 Scoop of Vanilla Casein and mix until combine
  9. Wait for the cake to cook and add your icing on top
  10. Top with walnuts and banana chips
