Ingredients
- 1 Serve (40g) Apple Crumble Custard Plant Protein
- 80g Oats
- 40g of Rolled Oats
- 1tbsp of Sweetener
- 1tsp of Cinnamon
- 35g of Butter or Coconut Oil
- 1tsp Vanilla Essence
- 90-100ml Water or Milk of your choice
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C
- Spray a small ramekin dish and set aside
- Blend 80g of oats to make a flour
- In a large bowl, add the oat flour, rolled oats, sweetener, cinnamon, butter and vanilla essence and combine
- Place ¾ of the crumble mixture into the ramekin dish and press down firmly to make a base
- Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
- While the base is cooking, in a bowl combine water or milk of choice with the Apple Crumble Plant Custard powder and mix together until it creates a custard, set aside
- Remove base from oven and pour custard mixture over the base
- Top with remaining crumble and bake for a further 5 to 10 minutes or until top is golden brown and crunchy
