- 40g High Protein Milo
- 2 Scoops MN Custard Protein Double Chocolate
- 80ml Almond Milk (or milk of your choice)
- Optional Scoop Ice-Cream (calories not included)
- Simply add all ingredients into a bowl
- Mix until a smooth consistency, add a touch more almond milk if you think it’s too thick
- Add to the microwave for 90 seconds, checking every 30 seconds to make sure it doesn’t burn!
- Whip out and add a scoop of low calorie ice cream to finish!
