- 40g Oats
- 80ml Water
- 40ml Lemon Juice
- 10g Desiccated Coconut
- 1 Serve (40g) MN CUSTARD Casein Protein - Vanilla
- 100g Vanilla Protein Yogurt
- In a bowl add one serve of Custard and water and mix together until well combined.
- Mix in the oats, coconut and 20ml lemon juice and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix together yogurt and 20ml lemon juice.
- Pour the yogurt mixture on top and spread out evenly.
- Allow to set in the fridge overnight and enjoy!
