Ingredients

  • 3 Scoops (60g) MN Vanilla Custard Protein
  • 100g Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tsp Coconut flour
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 75g Desiccated Coconut
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon zest

Method

  1. In a bowl add your Vanilla Custard Protein, Coconut Oil, Coconut Flour, Honey, Desiccated Coconut, Lemon Juice & Zest.
  2. Using a spatula mix all of your ingredients together until the mixture is combined
  3. Form the mixture into 12 balls
  4. Place balls on baking paper and place into fridge for 30-45mins
  5. Enjoy!
