Ingredients
- 3 Scoops (60g) MN Vanilla Custard Protein
- 100g Coconut Oil
- 2 Tsp Coconut flour
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 75g Desiccated Coconut
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Lemon zest
Method
- In a bowl add your Vanilla Custard Protein, Coconut Oil, Coconut Flour, Honey, Desiccated Coconut, Lemon Juice & Zest.
- Using a spatula mix all of your ingredients together until the mixture is combined
- Form the mixture into 12 balls
- Place balls on baking paper and place into fridge for 30-45mins
- Enjoy!
