Ingredients
- 40g MN Cinnamon Churros Custard Protein
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 cup Gluten free flour (flour of choice)
- 2 tsp Cinnamon spice
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 2 tsp Ginger spice
- 30g Coconut sugar
- 3 tbsp Molasses
- 3 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 Egg
Method
- In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients
- Add the wet ingredients into the dry and fold together to form a dough
- Cover the dough with cling wrap and set aside in the fridge for 30mins - 1hr
- After the dough has rested, pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees
- Place the dough in between two baking sheets and roll out the dough mixture with a rolling pin and cut into the desired cookie shaps.
- Bake for 5-8 minutes and allow to cool on a cooling rack
- Add desired decorations and enjoy!
