Ginger Bread Protein Cookies

These gingerbread cookies are under 50 calories each and taste just like the real deal. These cookies are a great healthier option, featuring our CUSTARD Casein Protein - Cinnamon Churros.

Ingredients

  • 40g MN Cinnamon Churros Custard Protein
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 cup Gluten free flour (flour of choice)
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon spice
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 tsp Ginger spice
  • 30g Coconut sugar
  • 3 tbsp Molasses
  • 3 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 Egg

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients
  2. Add the wet ingredients into the dry and fold together to form a dough
  3. Cover the dough with cling wrap and set aside in the fridge for 30mins - 1hr
  4. After the dough has rested, pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees
  5. Place the dough in between two baking sheets and roll out the dough mixture with a rolling pin and cut into the desired cookie shaps.
  6. Bake for 5-8 minutes and allow to cool on a cooling rack
  7. Add desired decorations and enjoy!
