- 2 Weet-Bix
- 110ml Choc Almond Milk
- 90g YoPro Protein Yogurt
- 60g Light Ricotta Cheese
- 20g Muscle Nation Casein Custard - Double Chocolate
- 100g Raspberries
- 100g Strawberries (chopped)
- 30g Nutella
- Crush Weet-Bix in a bowl, and cover with choc almond milk (should be quite thick, not runny!)
- Put aside and mix Yogurt, Ricotta & Casein Custard in a separate bowl until well combined.
- Spoon the Yogurt mix on top of the Weet-Bix and spread it across to cover the surface.
- Place raspberries & strawberries on top, and drizzle melted Nutella across!
