Ingredients

  • 2 Weet-bix
  • 100ml Almond milk
  • 10ml Sugar-free maple syrup
  • 50g Protein Yogurt
  • 40g (1 Serve) MN Custard Protein - Cookies & Cream
  • 90ml Almond milk/water
  • 15g White Chocolate (melted)
  • 1 Oreo

Method

  1. Place weet-bix in a bowl and crush until fine.
  2. Add 100ml of almond milk and 10ml of maple syrup into the Weet-bix and mix until combined.
  3. Press down the mixture firmly until the base is created.
  4. In a separate bowl, add Custard Powder, Yogurt, and 90ml water or milk. Mix together until it creates a smooth, thick consistency.
  5. Add the custard mixture on top of the weet-bix base and store in the fridge overnight.
  6. In the morning when ready to eat, pour melted white chocolate on top and add crushed oreo.
  7. Let sit for 5 minutes and enjoy!
