Ingredients
- 40g oats
- 35g sugar free maple syrup
- 10g Nuttalex
- 1 scoop (30g) MN Milk Chocolate Daily Shake
- 50ml choice of preferred milk/water (depending on consistency you’d like)
- 25g Choc chips (optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 180
- Blend oats in a blender to create a fine powder
- In a bowl, add the blended oats, Nuttalex and maple syrup together, combine until you get a biscuit base consistency
- In a greased tart tray, press the mixture in and press up the sides of the mould to create your base
- Bake base in the oven for 10-15 minutes
- Remove base from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes
- In a separate bowl mix together the MN Milk Chocolate Daily Shake powder with your choice of milk/water
- Add the custard into the tart tray and place in the freezer for 20 minutes
- In a microwave safe container, melt choc chips
- Remove tart from the freezer, pour over the melted chocolate and freeze for another 5-10 minutes
- Enjoy!
