Ingredients
- 60g Milk choc (We used Pana Organic Milk Chocolate Pieces)
- 35g (1 Serve) of MN Chocolate Plant Protein
- 45g Rice Malt Syrup
- 30g Coconut oil
- 50g Milk choc
- 80g Rice Puffs/Bubbles
Method
- In a bowl, melt your 60g of milk chocolate (base)
- Once melted, evenly spread your chocolate into 8 muffin case and set aside
- In a large heat proof bowl, combine Rice Malt Syrup, Coconut Oil & milk chocolate
- Melt chocolate in microwave for 30 seconds and stir until completely melted
- Add Rice puffs & Chocolate Protein to the melted chocolate and mix until rice puffs are covered
- Using a large spoon distribute the rice puffs into your muffin cases
- Set in the fridge for 30 minutes
