A healthy take on a childhood favourite these Chocolate Protein Crackles are so quick and easy to make. This sweet and crunchy delight are packed with our MN Chocolate Plant Protein and will be the best chocolate crackles you'll ever try!

Ingredients

  • 60g Milk choc ⁠(We used Pana Organic Milk Chocolate Pieces)
  • 35g (1 Serve) of MN Chocolate Plant Protein
  • 45g Rice Malt Syrup⁠
  • 30g Coconut oil⁠
  • 50g Milk choc ⁠
  • 80g Rice Puffs/Bubbles

Method

  1. In a bowl, melt your 60g of milk chocolate (base)
  2. Once melted, evenly spread your chocolate into 8 muffin case and set aside
  3. In a large heat proof bowl, combine Rice Malt Syrup, Coconut Oil & milk chocolate
  4. Melt chocolate in microwave for 30 seconds and stir until completely melted
  5. Add Rice puffs & Chocolate Protein to the melted chocolate and mix until rice puffs are covered
  6. Using a large spoon distribute the rice puffs into your muffin cases
  7. Set in the fridge for 30 minutes
  8. Enjoy!
