Ingredients

  • 215ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 30g Muscle Nation Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 20ml sugar free maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • 5g cocoa powder
  • 2g Xanthan gum (optional for extra thickness)

Method

  1. In a blender, combine almond milk, whey protein powder, sugar-free maple syrup, cocoa powder, and Xanthan gum (if using). Blend on medium speed for about a minute or until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the shake into a glass.
  3. To serve, top the shake with a dollop of vanilla protein yogurt, then garnish with speckled eggs.
