Ingredients
- 1 Serve (40g) MN Double Chocolate Custard Protein
- 65g Oat Powder
- 1/2 tbps Cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- 50g Brown Sugar (we used Nativia gold sweetener)
- 50g Protein Yogurt
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 15g of Nutella (optional)
- 15g White Chocolate Chips (we used Noshu)
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180°
- In a bowl, add all ingredients and mix together until combined
- Line a baking tray and roll mixture into 10 even balls
- Place dough balls on baking tray and press down slightly
- Put cookies into oven and bake for 10-12 minutes
- Enjoy!
