Ingredients
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk
- 30g Muscle Nation Daily Shake Protein Powder - Salted Caramel
- 5-10g granulated sugar-free sweetener
- 2g Xanthan gum (optional, for desired consistency)
- One Caramello Koala (35g)
- Sugar-free caramel sauce (optional)
Method
- In a shaker, combine almond milk and salted caramel protein powder until smooth and free from lumps.
- Add sugar-free sweetener and Xanthan gum, if using, and shake again to combine.
- Transfer the mixture into the tub of your Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker - NC300.
- Secure the lid on the tub and freeze overnight until solid.
- Once frozen, remove from the freezer and blend using the 'light ice cream' setting on your machine.
- If needed, add a splash of almond milk and hit 'respin' for a smoother consistency.
- Once the ice cream reaches desired smoothness, add your toppings.
