Ingredients

  • 1 Bottle Muscle Nation Protein Pancake Mix
  • 40g Biscoff Spread

Method

  1. Prepare pancakes following the instructions on the bottle, using water instead of milk. Heat a pan over medium heat.
  2. Pour the pancake mixture into the pan, making mini pancakes with room for about 3 at a time.
  3. After pouring, create a small indentation in each pancake by scooping a bit of the mixture aside. Drop a small spoonful of Biscoff in the middle of each pancake.
  4. Cover the Biscoff with the pancake mix; it's easier to do this while the pancakes are still runny. Repeat these steps until both sides are cooked, yielding 6-7 mini pancakes (approximately ⅓ of the bottle).
