Ingredients

  • 1 Toscano Croissant
  • 30g Light Ricotta Cheese
  • 60g YoPro High protein Natural Yogurt
  • 10g MN CUSTARD Casein Protein - Golden Ice Cream
  • 15g Biscoff Spread

Method

  1. Lightly toast the croissant on the air-fryer for roughly 2 minutes.
  2. Mix Ricotta, Yogurt & MN Custard Casien Protein Powder together in a small mixing bowl.
  3. Put 15g of Biscoff into a small saucepan, and melt for approx 30-60 seconds (continuing to mix and remove from the heat as it gets melted and runny!)
  4. Spoon the yogurt mix into the croissant and drizzle the melted Biscoff over the top!
