Ingredients
- 1 Toscano Croissant
- 30g Light Ricotta Cheese
- 60g YoPro High protein Natural Yogurt
- 10g MN CUSTARD Casein Protein - Golden Ice Cream
- 15g Biscoff Spread
Method
- Lightly toast the croissant on the air-fryer for roughly 2 minutes.
- Mix Ricotta, Yogurt & MN Custard Casien Protein Powder together in a small mixing bowl.
- Put 15g of Biscoff into a small saucepan, and melt for approx 30-60 seconds (continuing to mix and remove from the heat as it gets melted and runny!)
- Spoon the yogurt mix into the croissant and drizzle the melted Biscoff over the top!
