- 100g Plain YoPro Yogurt
- 70g Light Ricotta Cheese
- 30g Muscle Nation Golden Ice-Cream Custard
- 40g Biscoff spread
- 16 Biscoff Biscuits
- Mix 100g Plain YoPro Yogurt, 70g Light Ricotta Cheese, 30g Golden Ice-Cream Casein Custard & 40g Biscoff spread together in a bowl.
- Lay out 8 Biscoff biscuits, and evenly distribute the protein mix on top of them (roughly 25g - 30g of mixture on each!)
- Gently place another Biscoff Biscuit on top of each one, to create a “sandwich”.
- Let them set in the fridge! Best made in the morning and enjoyed that arvo/night!
- Note- They ooze out the sides a little when you eat them, but they’re worth it
