Ingredients

  • 20g Plain Flour
  • 15g Muscle Nation Whey Protein - Vanilla Ice-Cream
  • 40g Sugar Free Icing Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • Salt
  • 15g Sugar Free Maple Syrup
  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 50g Vanilla YoPro
  • 2 Biscoff Biscuits

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. Add all dry mixture to a bowl and mix thoroughly including crushed Biscoff biscuits
  3. Add wet ingredients and mix again until fully combined
  4. Place 6 portions onto grease proof paper and bake in the over for 6 minutes (make sure to watch them as they can burn easily)
  5. Take out and let cool for 10 minutes before removing from paper
  6. Once cooled, place 15g of smooth Biscoff spread with a good dash of almond milk into a microwave safe bowl
  7. Heat in the microwave for 10 seconds only!! Anymore and it will burn
  8. Mix until smooth and then drizzle over the top of your biscuits!
