Ingredients
- 20g Plain Flour
- 15g Muscle Nation Whey Protein - Vanilla Ice-Cream
- 40g Sugar Free Icing Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
- Salt
- 15g Sugar Free Maple Syrup
- ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 50g Vanilla YoPro
- 2 Biscoff Biscuits
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- Add all dry mixture to a bowl and mix thoroughly including crushed Biscoff biscuits
- Add wet ingredients and mix again until fully combined
- Place 6 portions onto grease proof paper and bake in the over for 6 minutes (make sure to watch them as they can burn easily)
- Take out and let cool for 10 minutes before removing from paper
- Once cooled, place 15g of smooth Biscoff spread with a good dash of almond milk into a microwave safe bowl
- Heat in the microwave for 10 seconds only!! Anymore and it will burn
- Mix until smooth and then drizzle over the top of your biscuits!
